When I started in real estate in 2019, I didn't think Airbnb would work in Calgary.

I was working with investors on long-term rentals, fourplexes and flips. Then I came across a condo for sale here that was already running as an Airbnb, and the numbers were better than almost anything I'd seen on a long-term rental. It works in Calgary. It just takes the right property and the right setup.

So I started helping investors buy short-term rentals, and in 2021 I founded BNB Experts. Most of those clients lived out of province, a lot of them in the GTA and the Lower Mainland. They didn't need a list of contacts. They needed one person here they could trust with all of it: finding the right property, buying it, furnishing it, completing renovations if needed, getting it licensed and compliant, and managing it after.

So that's what we built. One team that handles every step, so nothing falls through the cracks between an agent, a designer, a contractor and a manager who never talk to each other. And one person you can always reach. I answer my phone, I reply to texts, and if something comes up with your property, you hear about it from us first. In this business, communication is everything.
