• BNB Experts is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must follow all house rules listed for each property.
• The guest making the reservation must be present during the stay unless approved in writing.
• Excessive noise, property damage, or violations of local laws may result in penalties or removal without refund.
