Our management fee is 22% of the nightly rental rate. This transparent, all-inclusive fee covers all of our core services, so you can rest assured that you know exactly what to expect with no hidden costs or surprises.

We currently focus our services on properties within the Calgary metropolitan area. This allows us to maintain a strong local presence and ensure we can provide the highest level of personalized attention and rapid response times for our clients and their guests. By concentrating our efforts, we can build strong relationships with local vendors and service providers, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our management.
