We take care of all your guest reservations and communications from start to finish. This includes our 24/7 concierge service, laundry & cleaning, maintenance coordination, and anything else that comes up.
Pricing
22% Of Nightly Stays
The management fee includes the cost of all essentials, linen and towel replacement, setup costs including listing creation, professional photography, Interior Design work and more. We also connect all of our listings to our smart lock system for security & ease of check-ins.
The cleaning fee is paid for by the guest with any additional cleaning expenses covered by your BNB Partners. No additional expense will ever be passed onto the owner.
All money generated from your listing will be automatically deposited into your bank account, and BNB Partners will invoice you once per month for our services.
With our smart marketing strategies and careful planning, we've been able to keep an average occupancy rate of 89.5% across all of our listings since we started our business.
